ONCE UPON A TIME...
6.X.1932. The inscription next to the sundial bears this date. It is clearly visible in the courtyard, on the external wall of that imposing period residence that belonged to the noble Fisichelli family, from which the street of San Giovanni La Punta on which the location stands takes its name. A stately home, on the slopes of Etna on the South East side, which gathers 1,090 square meters of elegant real estate structures, surrounded by land that spans 20 thousand square meters. In the past a manor estate, where wine and oil were produced; in the present a regenerated architecture that restores the right value to the surrounding natural landscape. Yesterday as today, an atmosphere of quiet prevails, which slowly projects itself into the future.
